When your Ranger Character reaches Level 2, you can already start to purchase your skill from NPC Skill Merchant Eras. Make sure to follow the exact order of skills acquisition to become an effective Ranger to Archer Character.

   

Archer Skill Acquisition Tree

When your Ranger already reached level 20, performed the Job change quest, and successfully turned into an Archer, you can purchase your level 20 - 24 Archer Skills from NPC Bold in Ruian Map.
