When your Rogue Character reaches Level 2, you can already start to purchase your skill from NPC Skill Merchant Eras. Make sure to follow the exact order of skills acquisition to become an effective Rogue to Scout Character.

When your Rogue already reached level 20, performed the Job change quest, and successfully turned into a Scout, you can purchase your level 20 - 24 Scout Skills from NPC Anna in Ruian Map.
